Mrs. Karen Dean

Mrs. Dean started teaching Home Economics at Shady Grove Jr. High School in 1970 and has been at the high school since 1974. She recieved a BS Degree in Home Economics Education from Penn State and has done post graduate work at Temple University, Marywood College, and has completed 30 credits in a Master's Program at Penn State Great Valley in adult education (Instructional Design; Corporate Training track). She is currently working on a certificate of study in Applied Technology from Chestnut Hill College.
