DREXEL UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF MEDICINE MINI-MED SUMMER CAMP

week class from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is being offered through Drexel
University. Juniors and seniors interested in experiencing what 4 years of
medical school would be like should apply. The activities will take place at
Hahnemann University Hospital.

STATE POLICE YOUTH WEEK
Deadline

Students
will participate in various sessions including Local, State Police and Federal
Law Enforcement Agencies. The classes
will be in vehicle and crime codes, forensic sciences, radar, riot control, and
tactical drug operations.

YOUTH FOR UNDERSTANDING
Summer,
semester and year long exchange opportunities are available through Youth For
Understanding. 36 countries are involved in this program with more than 300
scholarships are awarded. Students between the ages and 15-18 can participate.

High school students can participate in many different programs including social, recreational, and college preparatory activities.

DUKE UNIVERSITY TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM

Students
in grades 9-12 can choose from domestic and international field studies that
last from two to six weeks. .

PRE-COLLEGE PROGRAMS AT NOTRE DAME

Juniors
can apply who meet the criteria for a one week summer session at Notre
Dame. High Academic achievement and
community involvement are a must for those students who want to experience
meeting students from across the country.

Three-week enrichment programs and 5 or 6 and a half college credit programs are available to high school students. A variety of courses are offered to choose from through is program.

UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA 4 STAR SUMMER CAMPS
Enrichment
programs are offered to students who are going into 10th, 11th or 12th
grade. Two and four week sessions with
two instructional periods in the morning are followed by afternoon activities
that are just for fun. Weekend
excursions are offered every weekend.
