· Consistent winning records at every level: varsity, JV, 9^th grade, & middle school

· Teach two key values:

· Teamwork – putting your teammates ahead of yourself

· Commitment – success comes from hard work

· Help students develop leadership skills

· Have fun!

o Off-the-field success:

· Achieve strong, year-round academic performance

· Average Team G.P.A. > Average School G.P.A.

· No class failures

· Help interested students enhance their college applications

· Enhance admission prospects for schools of choice – at least two students per year to be recruited to play college football

· College scholarships – at least one per year
